Phantom Regiment Now Hiring: Drum Corps Director

Phantom Regiment is searching for a Corps Director to lead all aspects of the drum and bugle corps operations and deliver the highest quality of artistic and educational standards for members, staff, and volunteers.

This position’s primary responsibility is to oversee the drum corps program and execute daily tasks required to operate effective auditions, rehearsal camps, spring training, and summer performance tour.

The Corps Director will report to the CEO. This position works collaboratively with the Program Supervisor to determine the education and performance goals of the drum corps, and with the Operations Manager to execute corps operations and maintain member accounts. All paid and volunteer staff of the drum corps will report to the Corps Director.
