The sounds of brass and beating drums return to DeKalb and NIU Huskie Stadium on July 7, 2023, promising to bring excitement and pageantry to the campus of Northern Illinois University.

Phantom Regiment proudly presents the Midwest Classic (formerly Tour of Champions – Northern Illinois). Once the home of Drum Corps Midwest Championships, Huskie Stadium on the campus of Northern Illinois University will again host this fantastic night of family entertainment! See the top drum & bugle corps in the world in one of the Midwest’s finest & largest stadiums!
