As we wrap up our intensive Spring Training and prepare to embark on our highly anticipated summer tour, we take pride in announcing the successful completion of two transformative training programs: the DiSC Workplace® Profile and Cooperation & Change seminars. These initiatives, attended by the corps’ 165 members, board of directors, instructional staff, and management, demonstrate The Cavaliers Arts, Performance & Education, Inc.’s commitment to fostering personal growth, professional development, and long-lasting skills beyond the drum corps season.
